FAQ

  • When should I arrive for my appointment?

    Be prepared to arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you the time to get familiar with our center, get comfortable, and fill out any documents or forms. With your help, we can make sure your appointment starts promptly on time.
  • What health issues should I discuss with my surgeon?

    If you have any health concerns, please let us know during your first consultation. This will help our team focus on a treatment that does not exacerbate any prior health issues. Please tell us about your current or future pregnancy, if you have any movement issues, including impaired mobility, if you have any allergies or if you are allergic to any medications, if you’ve recently undergone surgery for any reason, or if you have any other medical conditions that you are concerned about.
  • Your comfort is our priority!

    Our staff is always here to make sure you are fully comfortable through any procedure or treatment. If you feel uncomfortable for any reason, please let our staff know.
  • We value our clients’ peace.

    Aespala Medspa & Plastic Surgery asks that all cell and smart phones be silenced to help maintain a peaceful environment for all of our guests. We respectfully ask that you do not bring any minor children to our facility, and guests under 18 who are receiving treatment to have a parent with them.
  • When should I schedule my appointment? What if I need to cancel?

    If possible, our Oak Brook plastic surgeons ask that you give us at least two weeks, if possible. We require a 48 hour notice if you need to change the date of your appointment or cancel completely. If you do not give us notice within this 48-hour period, you will be charged a 50% service fee.
  • Do you have gift cards?

    Yes! They are available in any amount at our office.
  • What is your return policy on retail products?

    Opened skin care and cosmetic sales are final. Keep your receipt as unopened products can be returned for a credit within 30 days of purchase.
  • Are there financing options for my treatment?
