What does some of Hollywood’s finest such as Blake Lively, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Winslet and Ashlee Simpson all have in common? They’ve all had a nose job, also known as rhinoplasty. While these starlets had the procedure done for cosmetic reasons, rhinoplasty can also be used to address medical issues. Dr. Marschall, board-certified Chicago plastic surgeon, understands the different reasons his patients choose to have a nose job.
Medically speaking, rhinoplasty addresses matters such as a deviated septum and blocked airways. The best part is that while rhinoplasty increases the functionality of your nose, the appearance is also often vastly improved. Those who choose rhinoplasty improve the shape and profile of their nose to better fit their face. You can attain your desired look by working with Dr. Marschall to change the width, bridge, size and tip of your nose.
During your procedure, incisions are made within the nose or specifically placed along the contours of your nostrils in order to keep them hidden. From there, depending on your desired results, Dr. Marschall will make the necessary adjustment to your existing nasal structure. Rest assured that Aespala Medspa & Plastic Surgery will leave you with the facial balance you have dreamed of.
Keep in mind that rhinoplasty is a surgery and so we suggest that for the first week to simply rest and relax in order to minimize swelling and bruising. Additionally, we request you refrain from strenuous activities and exercise for 3 to 4 weeks after surgery.
