Hi, I’m Cherry, Lead Esthetician and Advanced Medical Aesthetician at Aespala Medspa & Plastic Surgery. With over 20 years of experience in the skincare and aesthetics industry, I specialize in microneedling, acne scar treatments, and advanced laser skin rejuvenation, including the HALO laser resurfacing.
My passion lies in helping clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin. Whether you're struggling with acne scars, sun damage, texture concerns, or signs of aging, I create personalized, results-driven treatment plans to help you achieve smoother, clearer, and more youthful-looking skin.
As a Certified Laser Technician trained extensively on the Sciton laser platform, I offer advanced treatments using HALO and BBL (BroadBand Light) to target everything from pigmentation and fine lines to skin laxity with precision and care.
Microneedling is one of my favorite treatments to perform, especially when paired with exosome therapy, because of the dramatic improvements it can offer in skin tone, texture, and acne scarring with minimal downtime. I also incorporate medical-grade skincare from trusted lines like PCA Skin and Alastin into my treatment protocols to ensure lasting results.
In addition to facial rejuvenation, I provide non-surgical body contouring with EMSCULPT, a powerful solution for clients looking to tone muscle and reduce fat—without downtime.

I’m Veronica, RN, BSN, an aesthetic nurse at Aespala Medspa & Plastic Surgery in Oak Brook, IL, with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and medical aesthetics. I began my career in a level-one trauma hospital, where I built a strong foundation in critical care, fast-paced decision-making, and patient advocacy. Today, I bring that clinical expertise into the world of aesthetics, where I specialize in helping clients look and feel their best. At Aespala, I focus on Botox®, Dysport, dermal fillers, EZ GEL PRF, and laser skin treatments with subcision for acne scarring, with a goal of achieving natural, confidence-boosting results. I regularly attend advanced training in Restylane® fillers, Sculptra®, and Sciton laser technology, including HALO® and Profractional. I’m also certified in Alastin Skincare and PCA Skin, which allows me to provide personalized, science-backed skincare recommendations for long-term skin health. My approach is all about enhancing your natural features. Meet Chelsea Schrautemyer, the General Manager of Aespala. With over 18 years of experience in customer service and business roles, Chelsea holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Small Business Management and Psychology. Chelsea fell in love with the family atmosphere of small businesses. She thrives on fostering connections with both clients and team members, ensuring everyone leaves Aespala feeling connected, happier, and of course more confident. As the driving force behind Aespala's daily operations, Chelsea embraces the challenges and believes in the motto that “Everything is Figureoutable”. From client interactions to implementing marketing strategies and refining operations, she is dedicated to the growth and success of Aespala. Beyond her career at Aespala, Chelsea is a trained functional medicine health consultant, advocating for a balanced, real food lifestyle. In her downtime, she enjoys reading books and spending quality time with her husband, 2-year-old daughter, and baby son.

Jaci has worked in various settings including salon/spas, wellness centers, and dermatology clinics. She fell in love with the holistic side of the beauty industry in 2012 working with a high-performance, plant-based hair and skin care brand but quickly became captivated with medical aesthetics & the result-driven, advanced treatments. Her passion for skin health truly began while working as a certified clinical medical assistant and surgical technician for dermatologists. She loves seeing people feel confident and beautiful in their skin with the help of medical grade products and procedures. She recently graduated from International Skin and Beauty Academy’s esthetics program where she further expanded her knowledge of advanced skin anatomy and physiology, clinical skin treatments and skin care ingredients. With 11+ years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, she’s happy to now be a part of our team as one of our Patient Care Coordinators and to work alongside the talented providers here at Aespala. She understands the importance of providing excellent patient care and is dedicated to help make your experience perfect!

Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice, making her a valuable addition. With a strong academic foundation, Kelly holds three Bachelor's degrees in Biology, General Science, and Nursing, complemented by a Master's in Nursing. Her extensive education and diverse background set her apart in the field of aesthetics, ensuring that she approaches each procedure with a comprehensive understanding of both science and patient care. Kelly’s expertise in neurology and cardiology further enriches her skill set, allowing her to provide a holistic approach to aesthetic treatments. Her dedication to excellence is evident through her recognition with prestigious awards, including the Daisy award in 2023 and the Spirit of Excellence award. In addition, her membership in the Nursing honors society, Sigma Theta Tau, underscores her commitment to the highest standards of nursing practice.
